Problem
The SiteProtector Core update fails to install with an "Unable to copy file" error due to a Windows service issue.
Symptom
The SiteProtector Core fails to update. The \Program Files\ISS\SiteProtector\Application Server\XPU\Install\Site Protector Core\SiteProtector_*\XPU_Install.log file shows messages like the following:
Note: The SiteProtector_* in the directory path will reflect the update that failed to install. For example, if the 3.1.1.6 update fails, the path is SiteProtector_3_1_1_6.
CBaseFile::RepeatingFileCopy File copy failed: Unable to copy file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\XPUFBC0.tmp\ServicePack3_1_1_6_small.xpu' - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. [ID=32].
