No active sessions in Security Network Protection (XGS) after installing Logon-event Scanner version 7.0

Troubleshooting


Problem

After installing Logon-event Scanner (LES) version 7.0, you might not see any active sessions in IBM Security Network Protection (XGS).

Symptom

After Logon-event Scanner version 7.0 is installed, no active sessions can be found in the Active Sessions page of the XGS Local Management Interface (LMI).

You may also see either of the following messages in the LES log file.
  • Warning, Pumper: can not pump data to host … HttpStatus=Unauthorized …
  • Info, UserStatusMonitor : no UPN for account=DCsample\user1, data 0x20123d1 is dropped
