  Incident Diagnosis:
  No color changes.

  Explanation:
  .
  1. "Open CATPart"
  The color 210-210-255 is the V5 Default color for
  solids. No specific color is applied on those faces of
  the solid.
  .
  2. "Save as IGES"
  Export into IGES Format is done in Surface mode:
  all faces from the Solid of the CATPart are
  translated as independent faces.
  .
  3. "Open IGES file"
  Faces that have no specific color are imported with
  the V5 Default color for surfaces: 243-254-177.
  This is the expected result.

  Correct Application:
  The default color should be overloaded in the initial
  CATPart to obtain specific colors after  Save-As-
  IGS/Open-IGS  loop.
