Problem
ERROR 1036 (HY000) at line 1: Table 'GUARD_USER_ACTIVITY_AUDIT' is read only - on a Guardium Appliance. You may see that error in conjunction with another error previously - ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too many connections
Symptom
at your cli command prompt or in some log files you see these errors
ERROR 1036 (HY000) at line 1: Table 'GUARD_USER_ACTIVITY_AUDIT' is read only
ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too many connections
This combination has been noticed during a merge process on Aggregators - leaving the TURBINE merge tables wrongly defined such that they do not have the "INSERT_METHOD=LAST" phrase as part of the MERGE (MRG) table definition
