    MODIFICATION:
There are 2 kinds of problems reported in this apar,
but they're both linked to engineering symbols.
Engineering symbols are used to insure that
whatever is the font used to display dimensions or
annotations, this kind of important symbols (i.e.
with a semantic meaning) always stay readable.
First problem is that dimensions and texts are using
a slightly different character to display this
    engineering symbol (Phi diameter symbol).
We cannot modify the character used without
    provinding user customization capabilities. This
enhancement is part of Dassault plan, but no
target release can be given yet.
Second problem is linked to copy/paste behavior in
text editors. When copy/pasting engineering symbol
in text editor, only the character code is managed,
and this character is displayed using the font of
the paste target, which is usually different from the
font used to display engineering symbol.
This is a permanent restriction from Operating
System based text editor. The documentation was
updated to warn users about this behaviour.
Interactive Drafting User's Guide, Basic Tasks /
Annotations / Creating a free text:
"When copying/pasting an engineering symbol (such
as Phi for example) in the text editor, note that the
symbol is pasted as a plain character. As a result,
if the symbol does not exist in the current font, the
resulting character in the drawing may be different."
