Error description

• Declaration of path to catia documentation with http
  server is not good
  Scenario:
  ---------
  1 start catia
  2 start Tools Options/General/Help
  3 define in "technical documentation location" the
  path to the documentation with an URL
  like "http://.../catia/handbuch/v5r14"
  => ERROR: It's not working on windows.
  In Unix, it is ok:
  Documentation path is
  like: "http://.../catia/handbuch/v5r14"
  with English and German (or other languages)
  Directories in V5r14.
  When using:
  Tools/Option/General/Help/Language
  it is possible to change the Online Documentation
  language.
  In Windows:
  To have Online documentation considered, You
  have to finish path with .../English"
  Thus, it is not possible to switch language
  in "Tools/Option/General/Help/Language"
  and then you cannot switch language to German or
  other.
  Expected result:
  To have documentation working under Windows the
  same way it works in UNIX.
