Opening Cognos Analytics 11.0.3 in Internet Explorer 11 returns a blank screen.

Problem

When trying to load CA 11.0.3 in IE11 it returns a blank screen. When using the same URL in other browsers such as Firefox or chrome, there is no issue and it works normally.
