Troubleshooting
Problem
You are attempting to license your SPSS product with the License Authorization Wizard (LAW). During the licensing process you receive a message with the following contents: Authorization failed: Unknown host error. Please make sure you are connected to the internet. The product host machine is connected to the internet.
