  Edge fillet can't be created on multi-section solids.

  < Process >
  1) Start CATIA V5
  2) Open the supplied file : 'CUST6348.CATPart'.
  Workbench : 'Part Design'.
  3) Click 'Edge Fillet' icon.
  =>'Edge Fillet Definition' dialog box is displayed.
  4) Set values.
  4.1) Select edge between Cyan and Green surface.
  4.2) Set '2mm' as 'Radius'.
  4.3) Select 'Tangency' as 'Propagation'.
  And Click 'OK'.
  =>Update Error occurs.
  The message is :
  Ribbon has stopped on slightly sharp edge(s).
  And we have no bypass.
