HD29848: PART DESIGN : UNNECESSARY 'UPDATE DIAGNOSIS' IS DISPLAYED WHEN EXITING THE SKETCHER

Error description

• < Point of problem >
  Unnecessary 'Update diagnosis' is displayed on
  Edge Fillet when exit Sketcher.
  In Sketcher, change constraint value once, and
  change value again to original one. And no
  geometries are changed.
  .
  < Process >
  1) Start CATIA V5
  2) Open the supplied file : '1.CATPart'.
  Workbench : 'PDG'.
  3) Right-Click 'X_1'->'EdgeFillet.29'
  and Select 'Define in Work Object' on the
  contextual menu.
  => Confirm geometries.
  4) Double-Click
  'X_1'->'Add.8'->'X_2'->'Add.9'->'Body.2'->'Pad.1'-
  >'Sketch.1'.
  => Change workbench : Sketcher.
  5) Double-Click any constraint value on the
  geometrical area.
  For example, Double-Click '55'.
  => 'Constraint Definition' dialog box is displayed.
  6) Change value to '50mm',
  And click 'OK'.
  7) Repeat step 5, and Re-change value to
  original, '55mm'.
  And Click 'OK'.
  8) Click 'Exit workbench'.
  => Update performed.
  And 'Update Diagnosis' window is displayed.
  The message is :
  EdgeFillet.29
  Ribbon cannot reach end point(s) of edge(s).
  >>> This is the problem.

  9) Click 'Edit' button.
  => 'Edge Fillet Definition' dialog box is displayed.
  10) Click 'OK'.
  => Update performed without error though no
  definition is changed.

  'Update diagnosis' is displayed when edit some
  sketch features.
  'Update diagnosis' isn't displayed when edit the
  other sketch features.

  Incident Diagnosis
  An 'Update diagnosis' unuseful message is
  displayed when exiting the Sketcher
  .
  Development Request Justification :
  In case of three intersecting edge with different
  concavity, you must first fillet the edge with the
  singular concavity then two other edges.
  Another methodology is to fillat all thre edges
  together and use blend vertex option.

  There is presently no automatic correction for
  snappig fillets. This is the SUG part of problem, on
  which no target is defined.
  .
  Answer and By-Pass
  Edgefillet.29 is unstable.
  This a case of Fillet snapping into a same radius
  fillet.
  To avoid this you must reorder fillets.
  see part attached:
  Deactivate EdgeFillet12, reoreorder EdgeFilet.27,28
  after EdgeFillet23 and silghtly modify edgefillet.24
  There is no more snapping Part is now stable.
