Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller. User is prompted to logon (with their Windows user credentials). This is not the expected behaviour, because the customer has enabled Single Sign On (SSO).

Symptom

Users are presented with a Cognos CAM logon (authentication) screen when launching Controller:
