  when selecting more than 999 elements in catutil
  batch user interface the "NUMBERS OF MEMBERS
  DEFINED " displays ***. It has been verified on
  several batches user interfaces such as CATCLN,
  CATDRAW ...
  
  Restriction Explanation
  The display should have a limit and this limit is 999.
  This limit is the same for all V4 batches moreover
  changing the limit for all batches could be an
  impacting modification.
