Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks 'Maintain - Forms Define'. User selects an existing Free Form. User clicks 'X' to send it to Excel. Inside Excel, the user makes a change (for example, modifies an account) so that there are now two rows assigned to the same account number in a form. By design, Controller displays a message (telling the user that two cells reference the same account), then it asks if the user wants to reopen the form. - If the user chooses 'Yes' then it works OK (but all the changes are lost) - If the user chooses 'No' then (instead of returning the user to the form, so that they can fix the double reference to the accounts) an error appears. Excel may appear to have 'hung' (unable to click any cells).
