Cause

This is caused by the wrong platform command be run for the type of platform received.

Diagnosing The Problem

Confirm the type of platform you extracted, there are two versions of fix that could be sent

platform-Latest.delta.zip and platform-Latest.zip

Resolving The Problem

If you were sent the platform-Latest.delta.zip fix you would use the following command

build.cmd/sh update-platform

If you were sent platform-Latest.zip you would run the following command

build.cmd\sh install-platform

*Note*

If a build clean was run before update-platform you will need to use install-platform instead.
