In IBM InfoSphere Information Server, how do I select the OpenSSL version to be used by the Progress DataDirect ODBC drivers

Problem

DataDirect ODBC Drivers now install the latest versions of the OpenSSL 3.0.16 library (VMopenssl30.so file version 08.02.1387).

Symptom

The ODBC connection fails.
