Comments
THE PROBLEM WAS SUBMITTED ON : CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 11. THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON : CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 14 GA level . Incident Diagnosis Can not be reproduced - CXR9 level is no longer supported - all the other levels are correct (see reason bellow) . Reason 1) the Swis721 BdOul BT font IS HOLLOW (BdOul means "bold outline"). . 2) the error is in customer's installation of CXR9: either the font Swis721 BdOul BT is not installaed correctly or this font can not be opened for some reason. Another possibility is that the CATFontPath environment variable is not correctly set. The error message shows that there is a problem at the font openning. . 3) in customer's CXR9, the Swis721 BdOul BT font is replaced by Swis721 BT font (who is the closest font, and is filled) due to error in openning of font. .
