  Incident Diagnosis
  When a MP is instantiated, the absolute positions of
  the Tool Axis of its operations are kept => after
  instantiation, and the relative coordinates of the
  ToolAxis may have been changed.
  .
  Correction Explanation
  When the MP is instantiated in a Process using a
  specific axis system, there are two possibilities:
  .
  1- Default behavior:
  The absolute position of the TL axis is kept
  => Its shown coordinates are changed
  .
  2- New possible behavior:
  The shown coordinates of the TL axis are kept
  => Its absolute position is changed but its
  expression is kept.
  .
  The choice between behavior 1 and 2 is a
  Machining Option (CAT Settings):
  Tools > Options > Machining > Operation >
  "MP Instantiation: keep default position of the tool
  axis".
  By default this option is checked.
  .
  After the instantiation, the Tool Axis has the same
  behavior as others tool axis, in particular: if the
  instantiated activity is pasted in a different context,
  then the Tool Axis keeps its absolute position.
