  - Change the Windows langague parameter of you
  computer
  Start
  Control Panel
  Date, time, language and regional options
  Add other languages
  Regional options tab
  Choose Czech and Czech Republic
  OK
  - Open CATIA
  - Open provided CATProcess
  - Open the Roughing operation
  => note that the text on the Roughing panels are
  not readable.
  - Create a Pocketing MO
  => same problem
  .
  The bug seems to be happening for all MOs on
  Windows XP and Windows 2000.

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 16 GA level.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  UNREADABLE CATIA PANELS FOR SOME
  LANGUAGES.
  .
  All the machinig panel have to be reviewed to take
  change of language into account. This project has
  too many impacts to be done in R14.
  => This problem will be fixed through an
  enhancement on V5R15 or V5R16 levels.
