  RELEASE 14 GA level.
  Incident Diagnosis
  Default projection for JIS standard is first angle
  projection mode from V5R12 SP3 instead of third
  angle projection mode until V5R12 SP2
  Correction Explanation
  Modification of the ANSI xml file.
  Set projection mode to third angle instead of
  first angle
  Answer and By-Pass
  This problem has been corrected on V5R12 SP6, V513
  SP2 and V5R14ga
