  THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON :
  CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 14 GA level AND ON
  V5R13SP01.

  This problem is also unreproducible on V5R12SP05.

  Now we are easily able to create "External
  Reference".
  .
  Please keep in mind that before executing the
  scenario run CATDUA tool and clean the product.
