Error description

• CATIA bloqued after moving  the CATIA window
  and using  F2 key.
  
  -  Open catia 424r1
  -  Create a line
  -  Move CATIA window half down
  -  Select  line with F2 key
  -  Move CATIA window on full screen
  result : catias is frozen
  GXT3000P graphics adapter is correctly configured
  on AIX and xservrc

Local fix

Problem summary

• CATIA bloqued after move the windows and use F2 key
