Problem conclusion
THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA . Incident Diagnosis AMG/ISOFAC/TOOL GOUGE WITH ISOFAC AND TILT ANGLE ON DRAFT SURFACE . Restriction Explanation In Isoparametric Machining, Lead&Tilt axis strategy do not allow to machine concave breaking edges w/o collision: . To respect lead&tilt on previous part, Cutter generates a collision on next part. To respect lead&tilt on next part, Cutter generates a collision on previous part. . This can only be solved in activating collision checking on parts. THAT WORKS. Collisions are detected in using machining tolerance (i.e. here we allow gouging less than 0.05mm) and avoided. . By-Pass On this sample case, the advice is to use a Fixed axis strategy (around Z axis). .
