HD11853: INCORRECT NUT SIZES FROM CATALOG WITH GERMAN OS SETUP

Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Open a new Product
  2) Open the Catalog Browser
  3) Select: ISO Nuts,
      ISO_4032_WASHER_FACED_HEX_NUT_STYLE_1
  4) Select ISO 4032 NUT M5 STEEL GRADE A
       WASHER FACED HEXAGON HEAD
  5)  The following msg is fired by knowledge:
       One or more associations have been removed
       in the design table
       ISO_HEX_WASHER_FACED_NUTS
       because the design table file was modified since
       last save operation and  column names have
       changed, or because some parameters
       disappeared.
  .
  Note:
  The diameter of the nut is incorrect (42mm)
  Subsequent instantiations of other nuts result in the
  same M5 nut geometry.
  This problem occurs only when OS is set up with
  German.
