Error description

• Normally, feature definition panel is translated in
  Japanese when
    user uses Japanese CATIA.
    But "3D curve" feature definition panel is not
  translated in Japanese.
    This is a regression from R10Sp2: On R10SP2, we
  can see Japanese

Local fix

Problem summary

• "3D Curve" dialogue box's representation is English althoug in
  Japanese environment

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 14 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R13SP01 and on V5R12SP05.
  Incident Diagnosis
  A semi-colon had been removed in a Japanese file
  (CATSt3DCurveDialog.CATNls). It is now restored.
  Reason
