Problem
Exported an SSH remote profile from one Sterling B2B Integrator (SB2BI) instance and used the export file to try to import into another instance. The import failed with no errors on screen or in the logs. Further examination showed that the necessary XML data about the SSH remote profile was not in the export file, so no successful import into the target instance was possible.

- When you attempt to export an SSH remote profile from a command line, the export file does not contain any XML data about the SSH remote profile.
- When you attempt to export an SSH remote profile using a business process that includes the Import/Export Service, the export file does not contain any XML data about the SSH remote profile.
- The above three points are true for any SSH Remote Profile on the source system, not just the desired SSH Remote Profile
- During the export setup from the Export menu option, the desired profile can be selected on the SSH Remote Profiles screen, but it does not appear at the Confirm screen
