IBM Cognos Analytics install stops working during the transfer of files

Troubleshooting


Problem

The IBM Cognos Analytics install stops working after the user clicks 'Install' on the summary panel. An unhandled exception is thrown during the file transfer. This error may also happen during silent installs.

Symptom

The GUI disappears. The following error is seen:
