No shortcut created in the Windows Start menu for a SiteProtector Core update

Troubleshooting


Problem

After running the SiteProtector Core update from the Console, there is no shortcut created in the Start menu.

Symptom

You run the SiteProtector Core update from the Console. After the update completes, you will see a pop-up message similar to the following:



However, when you go to the Start menu on the Application Server computer, the shortcut was not created.
