Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading to Content Platform Engine (CPE) 5.2.1, receive the error message: Unable to load the component configuration class - com.filenet.server.adaptor.RMconfigurationModule when attempting to view the properties of any Component queues.
Symptom
Here is the pop-up message :
