Error description

• Automatic centerline of a circle is too short to
  deal with
  The length of Center Line is not long enough
  for a small circle.
  When creating Center Line of circle with "Center
  Line" command, its length is defined automatically
  by CATIA in proportion to the radius of circle.
  
  The part of Center Line going out of the circle
  should be longer than the current one.
  
  To be able to specify the overrun by default for
  the center lines created manually or automatically
  is possible in V5R11 using styles.
  But today there is a bug and it is the reason why
  this apar is created.

  Incident Diagnosis
  Generated centerlines do not take into account
  OverRunLength style parameter. Therefore, any
  specification of this length in the standard xml file
  is useless, and the user is not able to define a
  default value.
  
  Correction Explanation
  OverRunLength style parameter defined in standard xml file will
   be taken into acount by Generated centerlines.
  
  Answer and By-Pass
  With this correction, user will be able to set a default value
  for the generated centerlines in the xml standard file : this p
  arameter will be taken into account.
