HD08546: UNDERLINE DOES NOT MOVE IN SPECIFICATION TREE WHEN USER SCA NS

Error description

• Scenario:
  ----------
  0. Start CATIA
  1. Open 3172.CATPart (GSD workbench)
    - confirm current feature is under shapebody
  2. Click "Scan" icon --> "Scan" taskbar is
  displayed
    --> Sel "Update" option and click "Display graph"
  to display graph
  3. In "graph" window,
  - confirm current feature is "Sweep.3" (=indicated
  by underline)
    - Click "First" button to set current as first
  element

    --> highlight and underline(=current) is moved

  PROBLEM)

  CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 12 GA level AND ON V5R11SP04

  The problem has been reproduced on R11 MAGIC but it is no more
  reproduced on R11 SP4 and on R12 levels.
