Troubleshooting
Problem
When installing the Content Manager (Data Tier) on its own in a distributed environment, the following items are not functional: 1) Blank pages can be returned when navigating in the portal. For example, when selecting Preferences or run output history. 2) The "other" option from the New ('+') menu on the left is missing when hitting the Dispatcher URI 3) Errors are received when updating the Configuration Settings under "Manage" from the left hand pane. The errors are:: Environment type was not edited Configuration was not edited
Symptom
Required functionality does not work.
Blank pages are displayed.
