Error description

• Prob: Cannot defined xls which include specific
  character(EX: / (slash)) into "External properties".
  
  Before anything, create xls file which include /
  (slash)
  character (See pmr23682-1.jpg)
  1. File/New Create new Part
  2. Right click Part1 on tree
     Select properties
  3. Select Define other properties
     Select External properties
     Select above xls file
     OK
  
  =====> Cannot defined it into properties in spite
  of no error massage.

  Remark:
  
   - If /(slash) character is DBCS slash, can defined
  it.
     (See pmr23682-3.jpg and pmr23682-4.jpg)
   - Also "(double quotation) character, occurred
