  Load an assembly from the PSN into CATIA V5.
  Catia does not show busy signal immediately
  (cursor does not
  change to clock/hour glass).
  Users think that the click did not work. They again
  try to
  reopen.
  ==> CATIA V5 cursor should change into
  clock/hour glass and
  should not allow the users to reopen the part(s)
  until
  previous task is completed.

  Correction Explanation
  CATApplicationFrame::SetBusyCursor() was added when many docume
  nts are loaded from the PSN in order to display the watch.
