Error description

• CATPart UDF Problem1 has the Powercopy, the UDF, and the
  Rule.
  
  CATPart Problem1a is a model where the Powercopy was
  instantiated and if you change the value of x you will
  notice the point off of the line will disappear (this is
  what is supposed to happen).
  
  Problem1b is with the UDF instantiated.
  Here if you change the value of x, you get an error.
  ("Invalid Userfeature Input")
  Rules should function the same in a Powercopy or a UDF.
