 INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
   ====>.The actual technology of the solver constraint gives
   ====>.an error message when a product is hyperconstra int.
   ====>. The value of the angle constraint is fixed (to this
   value (another value give an real overconstraint situation).
   The actual software is not able to distinguish these 2 cases.
   1. Overconstraint  situation (a constraint can not be solved
   2. Hyperconstraint situation (all is solved but a constraint
   can only take one value).
   .
   This angle constraint is not useful
   .
   ANSWER:
   This new development is planned on V5R13.
   This case wil be well managed and a warning saying that
   a constraint is not useful.

 ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
   ====>.de  activate the constraint which is not useful.
