  • DESCRIPTION:
ERROR IN EXPORTING MULTI-SELECTION TRANSLATE

STEP BY STEP SCENARIO
1.Multi-select two surfaces,
2.translate along a direction with some distance
3.hide the initial --> then you translated these two sufaces
4.transfer the file to IGS format
then you found in IGES file only the sketch element , All
the surfaces were gone .

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
  CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 11 GA level.
NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R10SP04

 TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE CORRECTION:
There was a problem in the code that is now fixed.

 ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
The BYPASS is to transfer all the Shown + Noshown entities with
the export IGES option
