Local fix

Problem summary

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  4 methods identified to rename 2 parameters with same name :
  1- Rename parameter after double-click to edit parameter name
  Rename parameter to existing name
  2- Rename parameter 1 to a new name and rename a second one to
  the same new name.
  3- Use option surrounded by the symbol ' and rename 2 parameters
  to the same name.
  4- Use parameter explorer or macro to rename 2 parameters with
  same name
  

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 11 GA level
  AND ALSO FIXED ON V5R10SP04.
  
   CASE 1,2 and 3 are PER:
   -----------------------
   Problem 1, 2 and 3 have fixed (For first one, with a little
   performance regression for big models). 4th won't
  
   CASE 4 IS PRS:
   --------------
   Problem 4 will never be fixed because parameter explorer
   has been delivered to fix performance problems on big
   models, and fix would introduce performance problems.
  
   Documentation has been updated to indicate the
   restiction of Parameter Explorer and macros for
   duplicate names creation.
