Problem

Items not being picked-up by processing adaptor because services; appsvr and appsvrgds are not running.

Symptom

Error Message:
java.io.InvalidClassException: com.ibm.cgd.common.ui.impl.
GTINLinkResponseVO; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = 7697672629534933283, local class serialVersionUID = 3656353813190684553

Diagnosing The Problem

Check for stale Java process by running 'ps' command on the InfoSphere Master Data Management Collaborative Edition user

Resolving The Problem

 Kill stale process and restart the InfoSphere Master Data Management Collaborative Edition services including WebSphere Application Server and gdsappsvr service.
