  2. MB3 on screw / Properties / Drafting:
  Do not cut in section views
  3. Tools / Options / Mechanical design / Drafting,
  generation tab, " Appply 3D specifications "
  4. File / New drawing
  5. Create the front view
  6. Create the offset section view.
  7. Check the overload properties of the view, screw cut set
  to "no".
  Result:

  The screw is cut.

Problem summary

• Do not cut in section views does not work with Offset sec  ion
  cut
  The command "Do not cut in section views" should
  be translated in French as "Non coup s dans les
  vues de coupe" and not "Non coup s dans les vues
  de section" as it is today in V5R12
  (French\online\French\draug_C2\draugbt0404)
