• THIS APAR IS CONSIDERED AS A SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR
  CATIA.
  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO OPEN A
  REQUIREMENT FORM.
  
  Actually, VBA will appear in japanese if the proper version
  is installed.
  On the machine where the problem occurs, there are probably
  2 VBA installed :
  + V5 VBA in english (v8967 6.0.8714) - V5 installation only
  installs english
  + Excel VBA in japanese (some other incompatible version)
  However, if V5 VBA in japanese (v8967 6.0.8714) were also
  installed, VBA would appear in japanese in V5.
  Here, it does not appear because the VBA installed with Excel
  if probably too old / incompatible with ours.
  The actual fix would be to correct V5 installation to install
  localized versions of VBA.
  
  This is an enhancement, not planned.
  
  BYPASS:
  install another product which bundles VBA in japanese (version
  8967 6.0.8714)
  or run vbasetup.exe from the localized Japanese VBA SDK
