  BEHAVIOR IS NOT CONSISTENT BETWEEN 3D SCREEN AND TREE
  
  Scenario:
  0.Create a new part
  1.Insert a new body
  2.Create a closed sketch in this new inserted body
  3.Define in work object the Partbody
  4.Select pad icon and select previous sketch
  5.Click yes in the warning panel
  6.Click Cancel in the pad definition
  => Sketch is always seen in the 3D and is hidden in the tree

  icon display problem
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
   Problem corrected on V5R10 GA.For lower level a simle by-pass
  exists and consists in expanding the tree to refresh
   the display
