"Could not create stub TI Process: Company_ProcessCustomer" when trying to perform a FAP Initial Publish for too many periods, caused by network appliance idle timeout

Troubleshooting

Problem

User configures their FAP subsystem to publish several (for example 19) periods. - For example, customer publishes company Structure 1401SG through 1508SG and 1401AC. User runs an initial publish. This works OK (no error). User then re-configures FAP to publish more periods (for example 20). - In one real-life example, they simply added one more (1509SG) User then runs a new initial publish. This fails (error inside FAP client log).

Symptom

Inside the FAP Client 'Error' log section:

Could not create stub TI Process: Company_Process

If the user hovers their mouse over the error message, they see a new message (one of the two shown below):

-The Server Object could not be found

    - SystemServerConnectionInvalid
