QRadar: Forensics TAB unusable due to slowness



When using QRadar Web User Interface, everything is acting normally, until you click the Forensics tab. It will take more than 2 minutes to load its contents and won't allow interaction.


Everything works correctly in the QRadar Web User Interface except for contents of Forensics tab.

Resolving The Problem

If no errors can be identified in the logs from Console or Forensics appliance, reboot the Console.

To do this.

  1. Log in to the QRadar Web User Interface.
  2. Click Admin tab.
  3. Click System and License Management icon.
  4. Highlight the Console.
  5. Click Actions > Restart System.
