Development Request Justification
This failure of geometric corner operator in the
Flange Feature is due to bad initialisation point
given by topological Corner operator.
The fix need both correction topology and geometry
.
This fix will be make with versionning.
The scenario Will be corrected in a next release
(R18) by the global re-architecture of Corner
algorithms.
