  2.Start CATIA
  3.Open the Sent CATProduct
  Workbench Assembly Design
  4.Click Measure inertia icon
  5.Select Product7 on the tree
  ---- Measure Inertia window is displayed
  6.Activate the Keep measure
  7.Click Create Geometry button
  ---- Geometry Creation window is displayed
  8.Click OK button
  ---- Part3CATPart is created on a tree
  9.Click Center of gravity
  ---- Measure Inertia window is displayed
  10.Click OK button
  11.Click Update all icon
  12.Expand the Applications on the tree
  ---- The tree of Applications is opened
  13.Expand the Measure on the tree
  ---- The tree of Measure is opened
  14.Select InertiaVolume.1 on the tree by Click MB3
  ---- Contextual menu is opened.
  15.Select InertiaVolume.1 object - Measure Update
  by contextual menu
  16.Expand the Part1 on the tree
  ---- The tree of Part1 is opened
  17.Double click Part1 on the tree
  ---- It moves current to Part1
  18.Double click Aluminum on the tree
  ---- Properties window is displayed
  19.Click Analysis tab
  20.Input 100kg_m3 as Density
  21.Click OK button
  22.Duble click Product7 on the tree
  ---- It moves current to Product7
  23.Select InertiaVolume.1 on the tree by Click MB3
  ---- Contextual menu is opened
  24.Select InertiaVolume.1 object - Force Measure
  Update by the contextual menu
  25.Click Update all icon

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 18 GA level

  Diagnosis
  ASD : MEASURE INERTIA : UPDATE MARK IS
  DISPLAYED AFTER DOUBLE CLICK ON INERTIA
  VOLUME IN THE TREE
  Update also fails
  .
  Correction Explanation
  Since the CATPart is created associatively, after
  the measure is created, so the measure is not
  aware of Product time stamp modification. The
  measuer comes to know only when it is duoble
  clicked or expanded. So unupdated icon appears
  when it is double clicked. This is because when the
  measure is double clicked, it verifies thetime stamp
  of the product, it has been chaged due to the
  inclution of the part. The real problem here was, it
  was not getting updated. Now this has been
  corrected and update is done correctly
  .
