THIS APAR IS CONSIDERED AS A SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT WHICH CANNOT BE INCORPORATED IN VERSION V5R18 PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO OPEN A REQUIREMENT FORM. . Incident Diagnosis INCORRECT SYMBOLS IN THE IMPORTED DXF FILE . Development Request Justification These characters are included in the MText entity with the form {\Fgdt;`} that corresponds to the local change of the font to gdt.shx, inside of a text that was defined in the font txt.shx. This feature is not supported and that is documented in the CATIA documentation "Importing a DXF/DWG file into a CATDrawing". Removing this limitation would lead in a new development that is not yet planned. . Answer and By-Pass Either define these symbols in a separate string that has a global font gdt.shx, or insert them in the string with the usual dxf form: %%c for diameter %%p for plus-minus .
