データベース・アプリケーション開発に必要な Db2 のヘッダー・ファイルが、Db2 のインストール・パスに見つかりません。 また、マニュアルで言及されているようなサンプル・プログラムも見つかりません。なぜでしょうか。 どうすれば入手できますか。
