Internal Error 'Unsupported endpoint address' when using Java functionality in Controller

Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer has recently installed the Controller Client, but when running the client they get an error "Internal error:" when trying to use certain functions of Controller that uses Java. for example Command Center, Business Rules, AFC editor, etc.

Symptom



Clicking on Details will reveal a longer error:
