  SCENARIO:
  1.Create a New CATPart in Part Design workbench.
  2.Click on Insert menu and select Body option.
  .
  OBSERVATION1:
  Body.2 is added in specification tree.
  .
  3.Click Sketch icon and select XY plane. Sketcher
  workbench appears.
  4.Create Rectangle.
  5.Add length and width dimension Constraint.
  6.Double Click created Constraint. Constraint
  definition dialog box appears.
  7.Through contextual menu in value comb box add
  Tolerance.
  8.Exit Sketcher.
  9.Copy and paste Body.2.
  .
  OBSERVATION2:
  Body.3 and Sketch.2 are created.
  .
  8.Select Body.3 and through contextual menu
  select properties.
  9.Rename to Body.2.
  10.Select Sketch.2 and through contextual menu
  select properties.
  11.Rename to Sketch.1.
  12.Click Mean Dimension icon.
  .
  OBSERVATION3:
  Error occurs: Internal error in nominal dimensions
  computation.
