Error description

  • THE SVG FILE CANNOT BE IMPORTED TO DRAWING
    .
    Scenario
    1) Start CATIA V5R16SP5.
    2) Create a "Drawing" file newly.
    (Using any of the "Standard" and "Sheet Style" in
    the "New Drawing" panel.)
    3) Select the "Tools/Import From File" on menu
    bar.
    4) Select and open "Drawing1_KO.svg" within
    the "Import" panel.
    ==> The "SVG" file is imported to "Drawing".
    .
    Imported "SVG" is not displayed on Drawing.
    >>> This is a problem <<<

    < Remark:1 >
    - If a "Drawing1_OK.svg" file is imported,
    "SVG" is displayed on Drawing.
    < Remark:2 >
    - "Drawing1_KO.svg" was edited by "Adobe
    Illustrator". " Adobe Illustrator cs Version":11.0.0
    .
    < Expected Result >
    - CATIA should import all "SVG" files to "Drawing".
    - If there exists "SVG" which cannot be imported,
    CATIA should display a warning message
    .

    A specific SVG file is displayed as empty in CATIA
    drafting. The switch SVG element is not supported
    by V5 SVG interpretor:
